Brisket Meatball Sandwiches

This was a simple recipe that can be used for a sandwich or for cocktail meatballs!

These meatballs are juicy and rich because of the brisket burger and are bursting with flavor!

 

• 3LBS of Brisket Burger

• 1 Cup of Italian Bread Crumbs

• 1/2 Onion Chopped

• 1 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce

• 2 TBSP of Garlic Powder

• 3 TBSP of Italian Seasoning

• 2 TBSP of BBQ Rub

• 2 Eggs

 

Today we are using our Big Green Egg and we are cooking indirect @ 275 degrees.

While the charcoal is getting hot, prepare your Brisket Meatballs.

Combine thoroughly all of the ingredients above, making sure to incorporate all of the seasoning without over working the burger.

Once mixed, place the bowl covered in the refrigerator for at least 15 mins.

Using an ice cream scoop, form your meatballs and roll them out keeping them the same size and uniformity.

Place meatballs on the BGE at 275 Degrees indirect.

Cook until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees.

Glaze the meatballs with your favorite sauce, let the sauce setup for at least 10 minutes.

Remove from BGE and serve either on a roll or individually.
