Breakfast Bacon Bomb
Breakfast Sausage Recipe Stuffed and Wrapped in Bacon

This was a fun recipe that can easily be adapted to whatever you like! We chose to do a Breakfast version but you could certainly stuff this with anything!
• 1.5 LBS of Breakfast Sausage
• 1 LB of Bacon
• ½ Cup of Onion, Chopped
• ½ Cup of Green Pepper, Chopped
• 3 Slices of Bacon, Fried and Chopped
• ½ Cup of Mushrooms, Chopped
• ½ Cup of Cheese
• 3 Eggs Scrambled
Today we are using our Weber Kettle and we are cooking indirect @ 275 degrees.
Light a charcoal chimney full of briquettes and let them ash over.
While the charcoal is getting hot, prepare your Breakfast Bomb.
Start by placing your sausage in a gallon bag, using a rolling pin to evenly spread the sausage in the bag.
Make your bacon weave as shown in the video, be sure to do this on parchment paper.
Place a piece of parchment paper on top of the bacon.
Slit the sides of your gallon bag containing the sausage.
Place the sausage onto the paper and add all of your ingredients.
Roll up the sausage, making sure all of the ingredients inside are secure.
Place the sausage roll at the end of the bacon closest to you and begin to roll the bacon weave around the sausage, being sure to finish with the bacon seam down.
Place on a wire rack and cook until your internal temp hits 165 degrees.
