This is a quick and easy way to cook steaks that taste great and have beautiful grill marks. If you love steaks give this recipe a try.

·         2 16 OZ Boneless Ribeye Steaks

·         1 TBS Salt

·         1 TBS Course Black Pepper

·         1 Tsp Granulated Garlic Powder

I started by trimming any access fat off of the steaks. Once the steaks were at room temperature I seasoned them with the salt, pepper and garlic. I then started a fire on one side of the Weber Kettle and set a pair of Grill Grates over the hot side of the grill. I them placed the steaks on the grill and cooked for 2.5 minutes, using the grate spatula I turned the steaks one half turn for another 2.5 minutes. Prior to flipping the steaks I checked the internal temperature. I then flipped the steaks and repeated the steps above only this time in two minute intervals. It’s important to continually check the internal temps to insure proper doneness. After pulling the steaks we let them rest for 15 minutes prior to cutting.
