Juicy Flank Steak

We wanted to do something light for this video that was quick and simple. Marinated Flank Steak is great when cooked correctly and pairs well with a fresh salad. This recipe is one Bill shared with me and we really enjoy it!

 

• 2/3 Cup of Soy Sauce

• 2/3 Cup of Olive Oil

• 1 TBSP Sesame Oil

• 1/2 Cup of Honey

• 4 Cloves of Minced Garlic

• 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar

• 1 TBSP of Captain’s Choice Seasoning

 

Combine all of the ingredients above in a medium bowl.

Whisk together until thoroughly combined.

We used our Food saver to marinate these steaks but you can also use a one gallon bag.

These can sit a couple hours or overnight if you prefer.

We let ours go a couple hours, fired up our PK and cooked these about 3-4 minutes per side.

They were absolutely amazing, the flavor was deep and rich.

We threw together a quick salad and boom, dinner was ready!
