72 Hour Cold Bulk Fermentation Pizza Dough
This is a really simple yet delicious pizza dough recipe. It has great flavor and a tender and airy bite. Great for any style pizza, you can make at home!
· 919 grams 00 Flour
· 552 grams warm filtered water
· 28 grams of Kosher Salt
· 1.5 grams of active dry yeast
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a stand mixer. Then add all of the water. Mix on medium speed until the dough is smooth, about 5 minutes. Place dough in a covered container, then place in the refrigerator for 72 Hours.
5 Hours before serving, cut the dough into 6 - 250 Gram Dough Balls. Place on a cookie sheet and cover. Let rise at room temperature.
