Cheesy Rotel Sausage Balls
This recipe is an easy go to for that family gathering or as an appetizer to enjoy while cheering for your favorite team. Only a few ingredients are needed to throw this crowd-pleasing finger food together. Simple yet tasty this can be cooked outdoors on your grill/smoker or inside in the oven!
· 1 LB of Mild Sausage
· 1 Can of Fire Roasted Rotel (Drained)
· 1 ¼ Cup of Bisquick
· 2 Cups of Coby Jack Cheese
· 1 8 ounce Block of Cream Cheese (Softened)
· 2 TBSP of Mexican Seasoning – We used Grande Gringo by How to BBQ Right
Preheat your cooker/oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the above ingredients thoroughly except for the seasoning. Spray your cooking sheet or rack with cooking spray. Roll out the sausage balls to about 1 inch in diameter, larger is fine. Cook until golden brown or internal temp is 180 degrees, it takes around 30 minutes. Remove from smoker/oven to cool slightly before serving.
