Breakfast on the Tribal Fire Grill

For this video we started filming a bit early and made breakfast on our new Tribal Fire Grill. We used B&B Competition Char Logs for this cook. Our breakfast turned out amazing; super simple and easy clean up!

 

·         1 Bag of Potatoes O’Brien

·         1 LB of Bacon

·         1 LB Conecuh Link Sausage

·         1 LB of Loose Breakfast Sausage

·         6 Large Eggs

·         Killer Hogs AP Seasoning

 

We started our bacon and sausage patties first, get your bacon crispy and get a nice char on your sausage patties.

We then added our potatoes; we put a little bit of oil on the rim of the TFG, this allows it to run into the potatoes while they’re cooking. Season the potatoes with the Killer Hogs AP Seasoning. Get the potatoes brown with a bit of crunch!

We placed the adjustable arm grate above our heat source and added our link sausage. Brown the sausage nicely so you achieve a good snap when eating.

We cooked our eggs using an egg ring. Spray the egg ring with Duck Fat, place the ring on the TFG and crack in two eggs and season with AP. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, we like “dippy” eggs so that is what we were shooting for. Plate up and serve!
